Solar Base Energy ("we", "us", "our") operates solarbaseenergy.co.uk. We are a UK-wide installer-network brand: we do not hold a single trading premises, and enquiries are handled by web form and email only. Our contact email is leads@solarbaseenergy.co.uk. What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Postcode
• Phone number, if you choose to provide one
• The service you're enquiring about and any message you add

We also use standard technical data (such as pages visited and general device information) via analytics tooling to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to match you with an MCS-certified installer from our network who covers your postcode, and to pass your enquiry to them so they can contact you about a quote. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing beyond following up on the enquiry you submitted.

Legal basis

We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in connecting you with a relevant installer, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to process your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a follow-up query, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data. Email leads@solarbaseenergy.co.uk to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

We use only the technical and analytics cookies needed to run and understand the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
